Returns & Exchanges

At G2 Esports, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
